The West
Hartford Taxpayers Association (WHTA) was
founded in 1933 to Monitor The Running
And Management Of
WHTA offers
input to the Town Council, Board of Education and West Hartford Town Staff that
can be used to provide more efficient, more effective, cost saving suggestions
for the town and its citizens to consider.
WHTA will work to monitor state and local political activities and
provide taxpayer/citizen education programs regarding the impact on taxes.
WHTA
believes that the monitoring, collection, analysis and distribution of this
data will constitute a valuable non-partisan information decision resource for
