Budget Hearing To Be On Cable

WEST HARTFORD -- -- West Hartford Community Television plans to broadcast the third and final public hearing on the proposed 2007-08 town budget Tuesday evening, according to executive director Cheryl Fine.

The hearing is scheduled for 5:45 p.m. Tuesday in the town hall Legislative Chamber, Room 314. A town council meeting will follow at 7:30 p.m.

The nonprofit, public access television operation did not tape or broadcast the first two budget hearings because of budgetary and resource constraints, Fine said. "We have to allocate our resources," she said.
